Chapter 28 Setting a Trap

These bird nests are constructed using plant fibers; for example, magpies and sparrows use plant fibers to build their main framework.

Swiftlets typically use saliva as an adhesive to solidify their shape, barn swallows use mud, and hummingbirds basically use spider silk to maintain their flexible suspension system.

This bird's nest is simply enormous. The foundation is constructed from thick tree branches, which interlock and resemble the structure of a falcon.

"There's deer hide in here, and lots of ferns too. This bird's nest is so big, it looks a bit like an eagle's nest!"

Before Zhang Luoyan even jumped down, she was awestruck by the interior of the enormous bird's nest.

"There are pine needles here, and these should be mint leaves, which can repel parasites to some extent."

There were also many animal skeletons interspersed inside the nest, so it must have been a bird of prey.

The park had previously encountered a raptor, a giant eagle, which tried to destroy the drones, but was scared away by their bows and arrows.
